Job Description

Job Title: Sales Controller

Location: Bedford

Salary: 27000 bonus Up to 50000 OTE (uncapped) CompanyCar

Role is Full Time and Permanent working 5.5 days a weekon Average


Our client s a forwardthinking company working with 14brands across 6 locations.

They are now actively recruiting for an experienced SalesController for their Bedford dealership.

About you

You will have:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example


The Role

Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplishedsenior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a salesrole and as such you will be required to sell our clients products as well assupport your team and secondface their customers.

The working pattern is 5.5 days average 5days week 1 and6days week 2 including weekends.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be expected to:

  • Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
  • Support coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
  • Ensure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
  • Maintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
  • Consistently improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
