The Specifics:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required).
12 years of customer service or collections experience.
Proficient with computers including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Valid drivers license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).
