Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry sectors in both New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target and acquire new business opportunities across Sydney and Melbourne.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling and participation in industry events within NSW and Victoria.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients across NSW and Victoria.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT service solutions that address their business challenges.
- Conduct regular followups and ensure a high level of client satisfaction in both regions.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and localize promotional materials and campaigns for the Australian audience with a focus on NSW and Victoria.
- Present Softobizs service offerings to clients through meetings presentations and proposals across Sydney and Melbourne.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring alignment with business practices in both NSW and Victoria.
- Close sales deals and ensure all contractual obligations are met coordinating with legal and finance teams as needed.
- Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation across both states.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and report on progress towards targets specific to the NSW and Victoria markets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine business development strategies for both regions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and outcomes across NSW and Victoria.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the global operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of services in NSW and Victoria.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback and market demands in both regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales business development or a related role within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian IT services market particularly in NSW and Victoria.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
