Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role primarily involves visiting campuses to promote our products and services conducting seminars and workshops and closing strategic tieups. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education excellent communication skills and a proven track record in field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- College Outreach & Tieups:
- Visit colleges and universities to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Present and promote our products and services to college administrators faculty members and decisionmakers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive adoption of our solutions.
- Seminars and Workshops:
- Organize and conduct engaging seminars workshops and presentations to showcase our offerings to students faculty and college management.
- Provide insightful demonstrations of our products and explain how they can enhance the learning experience.
- Build relationships with key academic stakeholders to increase product awareness.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Management:
- Generate and manage leads through direct outreach referrals and followups.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with educational institutions and key decisionmakers.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and educational needs to offer the most relevant solutions.
- Market Research:
- Conduct ontheground research to understand the needs and preferences of the academic institutions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of meetings leads and progress on college tieup initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity target achievements and market feedback.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales marketing and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improvements to product offerings based on customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 16 years in field sales preferably in the education sector or technologyrelated sales.
- Skills:
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Selfmotivated with a targetdriven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in any field. Prior experience or interest in education and technology is a plus.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region to visit colleges and universities.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with EdTech products and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of the academic structure decisionmaking processes and pain points in educational institutions.
- Previous experience in conducting educational seminars workshops or product demos is a plus.
- Wellversed in the local language and must possess a twowheeler for daily commute.
