Solid Rock Recruiting has joined with a great Division 8 contractor deep in the heart of Texas. Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Division 8 Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Division 8 Project Management and a thorough understanding of the construction industry particularly in building doors and frames. Proficiency in Comsense is essential.
NOTE: If you are not currently in the Doors Frames and Hardware industry (Division 8 you are NOT qualified for this job no matter how many years of experience you have as a Project Manager. Please do NOT apply. That being said....this is one of the BEST contractors to work for So if you are a real Division 8 Project Manager we want to speak with YOU.
Doors Frames and Hardware Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage Division 8 projects from conception to completion ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients architects contractors and suppliers to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood
Create and maintain project schedules budgets and documentation
Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and communicate regularly with stakeholders
Oversee all aspects of the project including procurement manufacturing delivery and installation
Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
Doors Frames and Hardware Project Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience SPECIFIC to Division 8 with a focus on being able to machine doors and frames
Proficiency in Comsense
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
