About the Role:
- Lead a team of HD Fitters in daily tasks and projects
- Assist with diagnostics maintenance and repairs on mobile plant equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist leadership with technician reports timekeeping and job documentation
- Ensure the team delivers highquality workmanship to enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage job allocations to meet schedules and priorities
- Hold workshop personnel accountable for safety quality and alignment to plan
What Youll Need:
- Australianrecognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Ability to read and interpret OME diagrams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated with a commitment to highquality work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team
- Full working rights in Australia (No visa sponsorship available)
