JOB OVERVIEW:
The IMPACT Team Trainer and Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the IMPACT Teams training and professional development projects and serving as a trainer/instructor for the organization. Responsibilities include serving as a project coordinator responsible for scheduling data tracking and reporting and other daytoday activities for a grantfunded training program that provides child sexual abuse (CSA) prevention instruction/workshops for elementary school children (grades K3 as well as CSAfocused parent/caregiver workshops. The IMPACT Team Trainer and Project Coordinator will facilitate additional training workshops centered in schools and community organizations in historically marginalized communities and will offer support and develop meaningful relationships with our community partners. The position is primarily fieldbased providing trainings on location at schools throughout Philadelphia. The position reports to JJPIs Director of IMPACT Programs.
This position is a 2 1/2year grantfunded position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate public health/training projects using Microsoft Office tools and additional project management software (such as Smartsheet).
- Be responsible for recruiting training/program sites scheduling and communicating with school district staff to set up and coordinate the delivery of a K3 Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) prevention curriculum and a caregiverfocused CSA workshop.
- Be responsible for workshop instruction to elementary students delivered onsite in classrooms throughout the City of Philadelphia and for a related CSAprevention workshop to parents/caregivers (delivered inperson and virtually).
- Be responsible for collecting data on learning outcomes for delivered CSAfocused workshops/trainings and entering data into appropriate databases. Support the Director of IMPACT Programs with the development coordination tracking and reporting of project deliverables.
- Be responsible for tracking all required data and submitting data using appropriate databases.
- Be responsible for responding to requests from schools and communitybased organizations for workshops/trainings and working with those organizations to schedule and deliver those trainings.
- Collaborate with the Director of IMPACT Programs to track and submit documentation for training and community outreach activities.
- Support content development of training and resources including slide development for presentations as needed.
- Represent JJPIs IMPACT Team in partner calls and meetings including school district and funder stakeholder meetings.
- Develop execute and track service provider contracts to ensure deliverables are met.
- Process service provider invoices as needed.
- Establish and purchase supplies as needed.
- Supervise one or more interns to colead certain trainings as needed.
- Ensure overall project goals are met and ensure program quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
- Two years of experience in public health social work education or a related area is required.
- Experience in project management/coordination required
- Experience working in prevention programming elementary education counseling and/or community health in urban settings with children and families is a plus.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in public health social work counseling education public administration or a related field required
- Masters degree preferred
