Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for an Electrophysiology Specialist for the EP LAB at the Sentara Heart Hospital located in Norfolk Virginia

Hours/Shift:
Full Time Days 36 hours per week 6:30am start time with minimal call.
$10000$15000 Sign on Bonus available! Relocated assistance available.
The Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist assists the physician during diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures and device implants. Provides patient care to all electrophysiology patients including acquisition and reduction of all pertinent information related to their procedure. Also provides didactic and clinical training.

Education: High School Grad or Equivalent A Graduate of cardiovascular technology program or associates degree or a bachelors level degree. Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist required (RCES certification).
Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support and one year of related experience.

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital located in Norfolk VA is a 525bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
