Job Description
Mexico Joes is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Relief Manager.
Mexico Joes is actively looking for a Relief Manager to jointheir team! The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours and will havedemonstrated good leadership skills. This candidate is familiar with company policies and upholds a good standing with the management staff. As a Relief Manager you will be responsible for living the values and vision of our company on a daily basis and being a positive leader for other employees while managingthe team well.

Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Being an innovative and strong leader
- Providing assistance to the management team as needed
- Being selfmotivated
- Being available to work multiple relief management shifts during the week

Job requirements:
- 1 year of Mexico Joes experience preferred
- Punctual and reliable.
- Flexible availability
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Listening and multitasking
- Teamwork mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fastpaced environment
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Stand & Walking for 8 hours
- Lift carry push and pull up to 50 lbs.
