- Place outgoing calls as needed to resolve outstanding customer issues.
- Follow up and monitor accountrelated issues as necessary to ensure appropriate action has been taken while maintaining a high level of customer care.
- Ensure documentation of account notes is current and complete and act as a liaison for problem resolution for customers and other departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicating with customers through various channels including Livechat and CRM system.
- Handle inquiries research problems process transactions and develop solutions to account related issues.
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years customer care experience at an inbound/outbound call center
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- CRM experience
- Shopify experience preferred
