thinkFolio is a multiasset investment management platform that mitigates risk enhances operational efficiency and supports decisionmaking for Investment Managers. EDM (Enterprise Data Management) is a robust data management platform for acquiring validating and distributing trade operational risk financial and customer data creating a single version of truth in a consistent transparent and fully audited environment. Both services are utilized by many of the worlds largest and most diverse financial institutions. Supported by global Commercial Technology Product and Customer Success teams the Client Engagement team brings the voice of the customer back to the internal table.

Impact & Responsibilities:

S&P is seeking a clientoriented individual to join the Client Engagement team covering the EDM product offering. You will play a critical role in representing the customers voice within S&P and representing S&P to the customer. This trusted and crucial function is integral to the business.

The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients identifying opportunities to leverage the companys products ensuring clients achieve their objectives and deriving maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for noncommercial relationship management with clients.

  • Client Partnership:Partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Regular Meetings:Schedule regular meetings (monthly or quarterly) with a clear agenda including roadmap updates upgrades and new functionality.

  • Transparency:Provide transparency to internal stakeholders in Sales Product and Commercial teams regarding client feedback issues renewal risks and opportunities.

  • FollowUp:Follow up on actions from client engagement meetings and close the feedback loop.

  • Workflow Understanding:Understand client workflows and product usage.

  • Product Adoption:Increase product adoption and usage among clients.

  • Collaboration:Collaborate with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.

  • Escalation Point:Act as a point of escalation for Support Product or Project workstreams.

  • Contract Knowledge:Maintain knowledge of contract details pricing and terms.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $93144 to $127187. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
