Job Description
Learning & Development Administration Officer 100
Location: Cluj Romania
Would you like to contribute to sustainable futureoriented solutions in energy supply Are you convinced that continuous learning is key to developing the skills and solutions of tomorrow Axpo Switzerlands leading energy company is looking for a Learning & Development Administration Officer. Your work will contribute to enabling continuous learning and ensuring highquality training experiences for Axpo employees in over 30 countries.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the operational administration of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) this includes uploading new learning content tracking participation and providing technical support to users.
- You will coordinate training activities in collaboration with internal and external trainers and providers.
- You will handle L&Drelated requests via our ticketing system and ensure professional and timely communication.
- You will maintain the content on our L&D intranet page and create targeted communication materials.
- You will be responsible for a range of administrative processes including the quarterly crosscharging of training activities and supporting the onboarding of new apprentices within the L&D team.
Profile and Skills
- You have experience in administrative roles ideally in Learning & Development or HR.
- You have already worked with a Learning Management System experience with Cornerstone is a strong advantage.
- You have excellent German and English skills as you will work closely with colleagues in Switzerland.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are known for your high attention to detail and quality.
- You enjoy improving processes and exploring new tools and technologies.

This role is based in Cluj Romania with the flexibility to work from the local office and remotely.
