About the Role
As a Business Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students at KS4 and KS5 preparing them for GCSE and ALevel exams. You will be expected to create a stimulating classroom environment promote a love of Business and provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their exams and future careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and ALevel)
- Plan and deliver highquality engaging lessons
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum
- Support students academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards
- Potential to take on additional leadership responsibilities and a TLR for the right candidate
Experience and Qualifications:
- A degree in Business or a related field
- QTS or equivalent qualification
- Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Leadership potential for the TLR role
