Project Manager HVAC / Plumbing / Process Piping
Great Basin Staffing LLC
Location: Sacramento CA
Salary: $80000 $120000 annually (DOE)
Status: FullTime Monday Friday Occasional weekends and evenings required
Travel: Required to local offices and job sites
Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial HVAC plumbing and process piping projects. This role requires a selfstarter who can independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout maintain client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of HVAC/plumbing/process piping projects

Lead client communications proposals budgeting and change orders

Oversee labor coordination and project scheduling

Ensure contract compliance and cost control
-
Support recruiting mentoring and internal collaboration across departments

Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)

5 years of experience in HVAC or plumbing project management $50K $25M)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proven ability to lead projects independently and develop client relationships

Valid driver s license and ability to travel as needed
