Job Description
Role:
Lead IT Delivery: Plan and oversee the EAM IT activities ensuring seamless across the program phases.
Project : Manage key IT activities such as FittoStandard analysis Detailed Design Blueprint creation Configuration and Testing.
Project Planning & Tracking: Utilize project management tools (preferably Microsoft Project) to structure activities track progress and drive timely .
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the EAM Business Leads to align business requirements with IT solutions
Delivery Oversight: Manage a team of functional consultants to ensure highquality and timely delivery of EAM solutions.
Reporting & Governance: Provide regular status updates and progress reports.
Handson Involvement: Depending on expertise contribute to solution architecture design decisions and handson implementation activities.
Essential requirements:
Project Management Expertise: Strong experience in leading IT delivery within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Knowledge: Understanding of/exposure to EAM processes (primarily maintenance management and inventory management)
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP EAM functionalities configurations and integration aspects.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams driving collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with management business leads and technical teams.
Language skills: English is mandatory and Swedish is a huge merit
