SENCO Progressive Secondary School High Wycombe September Start
Location: High Wycombe Contract: FullTime Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance
A progressive and inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to lead their SEN provision this September. Your Role as SENCO:
Lead and coordinate the schools SEN provision ensuring that the needs of all students are met.
Work closely with staff to implement individual learning plans for students with SEN.
Collaborate with parents carers and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Provide leadership guidance and support to staff in best practice for inclusive education.
