Location: Slough Contract: FullTime Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance
An outstanding SEN school in Slough is looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated SENCO for an immediate start. Your Role as SENCO:
Lead on the development and delivery of highquality SEN provision.
Coordinate EHCP reviews and interventions in collaboration with staff and families.
Support teaching staff in implementing inclusive classroom strategies.
Work closely with external professionals to support a holistic approach to care and learning.
Who Were Looking For:
An experienced SENCO with National Award (or willingness to complete it).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience working with pupils with a range of SEN including ASD SEMH and MLD.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
