Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding role A supportive primary school in East Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their SEND team focusing on KS1 or KS2 students starting in April 2025.

Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND in KS1 or KS2.
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
Monitor and assess students progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians providing updates on their childs development and progress.
Participate in school meetings professional development and training related to SEND.
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
Experience working with students with SEND ideally within a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
Passion for creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
