Job Description

Job Title: Hospitality Sales Representative
Job Type: Fulltime Remote Offshore

General Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Guest Services & Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with exceptional communication skills. As the first point of contact for our guests the Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue and guest satisfaction through directtoconsumer sales. Your main objective will be converting warm leads into bookings with success measured by conversion rates. Additionally you'll be responsible for building relationships with thirdparty partners who provide leads.

Essential Functions:

  • Sales: Identify pursue track and close new reservation sales based on availability with minimal cold calling.

  • Communication: Engage with potential customers via phone text email and online messaging following Heirloom’s policies.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the Heirloom brand with professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions particularly in written communication.

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from prospective guests and make outbound calls as needed to answer questions and drive sales.

  • Customer Needs: Anticipate understand and address customer needs while creatively crossselling additional services or options.

  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers through friendly professional and engaging communication.

  • Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed established revenue targets.

  • Pricing & Discounts: Utilize tools like revenue reports to set pricing and discounts for bookings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and optimal guest experience during their stay.

  • Customer Support: Assist with customer support for inhouse guests when needed.

  • Team Meetings: Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team goals.

Requisites:

  • 13 years of experience in a sales environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone demeanor.

  • Native fluency in English (spoken written and reading).

  • Knowledge of the commercial hospitality industry is a plus.

  • High energy and ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.

  • Strong organizational and detailoriented skills.

  • Comfortable using cloudbased computing platforms and technology.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Location: Remote (open to applicants based in South Africa or LATAM).

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with bonus potential.

  • Work Schedule: Fulltime role with flexible scheduling options:

    • 5 workdays/week with 2 days off or

    • 4 workdays/week with 3 days off.
