Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules including form design workflow creation and custom scripting.
- Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business including incident management change management problem management and more.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services APIs or other integration tools.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts workflows or integrations.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and endusers to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration including coding standards testing procedures and change management processes.
- Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills:
- 3 Years Proven ServiceNow experience
- 3 Years Web applications networks protocols and email (SMTP POP3
- 3 Years Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies
- 3 Years Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
- 3 Years Working knowledge of relational databases
- 3 Years Web Technologies (XML HTML JAVA Script AJAX CSS HTTP etc.
- 5 Years Impeccable timemanagement and record keeping
- 5 Years The ability to take complex enduser requirements to code
- 5 Years A positive cando attitude & willingness to learn
- 5 Years A strong personal commitment to quality service
- 3 Years The ability to work independently and with a team
- 3 Years LDAP directories such as: Active Directory eDirectory OpenLDAP.
- 5 Years Excellent communication
