Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Experience: 8 years in HR leadership with a proven track record of scaling organisations from 100 to 200 people strong.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven HR leader to drive people strategies as we scale from 100 to 200 employees. The ideal candidate will bring a credible track record of supporting rapid growth building scalable HR policies and fostering a highperforming collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute hiring strategies to support 2x growth.
Build a scalable highperformance culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all peoplerelated matters.
Ensure HR compliance and leverage datadriven decisionmaking.
Lead and mentor a highperforming HR team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in scaling teams and building HR infrastructure.
Strong track record in talent acquisition engagement and retention.
Strategic thinker with a handson approach.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
