Job Description
This is a remote position.
MidLevel Database Administrator (PostgreSQL) Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States fulltime. We are not able to sponsor applicants for work visas at this time.
Who You Are: You are a midlevel database administrator with 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with database administration.
What You Will Do:
Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
Perform database backups and recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
Implement database security best practices.
Monitor database performance and provide reports.
Collaborate with developers and data engineers.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in database administration.
Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL administration.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of database backup and recovery procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Good understanding of database security principles.
