Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
- Manage allocated budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) for activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to secure A&P (advertising & promotional) support and develop effective product positioning strategies.
- Track and analyze monthly sales performance of assigned key accounts to ensure sales targets are met.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports to the immediate supervisor within set deadlines.
- Lead and mentor the key account team while overseeing all key sales functions.
- Take full responsibility for achieving team sales targets.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in key account management or sales within the FMCG sector with at least 2 years handling pharmacy chain accounts such as Watsons Guardian or BCG.
- Strong track record of managing trade promotions and building strategic partnerships within the pharmacy/retail sector.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Willingness to travel as required for store visits trade meetings and account engagements.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus to support internal and external business communications.
