Job Description
EllBee Ganga View a 32room boutique hotel in Rishikesh is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and ensure toptier cleanliness hygiene and guest comfort standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor daily housekeeping tasks
- Inspect guest rooms public areas and backofhouse for quality and cleanliness
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on SOPs and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory of linen guest amenities and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room readiness and repairs
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 4 5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel SOPs and room inspection protocols
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English is desirable
