Senior Product Marketing Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) role is a pivotal position where your expertise in enterprise software will make a tangible difference. Youll develop and execute gotomarket (GTM) strategies for key products serving as a subject matter expert for the market ICP and products. Acting as both an internal and external evangelist youll communicate the unique value of your products rallying crossfunctional teams and connecting with prospects and customers to champion their success. Youll work as part of a small team of product marketers within our ERP reporting business unit and you will report to our Director Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Evangelism and Communication

• Serve as the internal and external product evangelist actively educating and persuading stakeholders about the value and benefits of your products.
• Build and deliver compelling sales enablement from programs to justintime enablement to help drive successful sales plays and tactics.
• Develop compelling narratives and materials to support sales teams and engage customers at various stages of the buyers journey.

Market Expertise and Strategy Development

• Apply your knowledge of ERPs industry verticals and our ICP to craft messaging that highlights our unique value and clearly defines our righttowin.
• Design and implement gotomarket strategies that capture customer attention and drive product adoption and customer retention.

Project Management

• Take ownership of product marketing projects such as launches product positioning updates or competitive analysis prioritizing and delivering based on the needs of the business.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver highquality outcomes on schedule.

Collaboration

• Partner with crossfunctional teams including product management sales and marketing to ensure alignment on product roadmaps customer feedback and gotomarket plans.
• Act as the voice of the customer ensuring marketing and messaging meets their needs and expectations.

Customer and Market Focus

• Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies for your products.
• Translate technical features into customercentric benefits that resonate with business decisionmakers and technical audiences.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Experience: 510 years of marketing experience with 35 years focused on product marketing.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems Oracle solutions or FP&A tools is highly valued.
• A proven track record in executing product launches and creating marketing strategies that drive results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire both technical and businessfocused audiences.
