Job Description
Join our Corporate Procurement team as a Supplier Masterdata Senior Agent and contribute to the smooth operation of our procurement processes. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and uptodate master data across all relevant tools. Your diligent work will help minimize financial risks and improve the efficiency of procurement and invoice processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are responsible for creating and updating vendor master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- You act as a quality gatekeeper ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk.
- You communicate effectively with stakeholders and with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details.
- You support data quality initiatives to maintain uptodate master data.
- You assist with various initatives of supplier management to enhance our procurement landscape.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You are detailoriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style.
- You are selforganized and demonstrate strong responsibility in your tasks.
- You have a general understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes.
- You bring efficiency to the operative processing of incoming tickets.
- You have solid knowledge of MS Office and are proficient in both German and English for email processing.
