About Us: House Doctors of SW Atlanta is a growing remodeling company that specializes in kitchen remodels bathroom renovations wholehouse remodels etc.. We are currently expanding our team and seeking skilled reliable 1099 subcontractors who are passionate about their craft and ready to contribute to our success.
Position Overview: As a 1099 SubContractor with House Doctors of SW Atlanta you will be responsible for performing a wide range of remodeling services. We are looking for experienced professionals who can manage their own schedule work independently and produce highquality work on a variety of residential remodeling projects.
Responsibilities:
- Complete remodeling tasks such as carpentry drywall flooring painting plumbing electrical and other trades as needed.
- Follow project specifications timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure a smooth project flow.
- Manage your own tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the remodeling industry (minimum of 5 years preferred).
- Ability to perform highquality work across a variety of trades (carpentry drywall flooring etc..
- Own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid contractors license (if applicable) and insurance (general liability and workers comp).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (if applicable).
- Professional and dependable with excellent communication skills.
