The Supervisor Mental Wellness Special Projects oversees the CommunityBased Addiction Program Health Promotion Program and Intake and Systems Coordination. This role ensures the effective delivery of harm reduction addiction services health promotion mental health systems navigation and program intake.
The CommunityBased Addiction Program offers culturally informed wellness and substance use treatment through a phased approach that is focused on engagement stabilization skillbuilding and transition. The Health Promotion Program supports mental wellness and harm reduction with a current focus on tobacco and gaming and gambling the Supervisor is responsible for expanding these efforts into broader mental wellness initiatives.
Additionally the Supervisor oversees Intake and Systems Coordination ensuring seamless client intake and scheduling support along with community engagement partnerships and capacitybuilding initiatives to enhance service delivery and program impact.
As a people leader the Supervisor is responsible for hiring coaching and performance management fostering a collaborative and culturally responsive work environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge and experience in harm reduction addiction services health promotion and systems navigation.
