RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage a client portfolio while fostering strong and lasting client relationships
- Automate processes to improve efficiency
- Facilitate client transitions and onboarding of new clients
- Strategically develop the team structure to grow your portfolio
- Supervise a team of 10 to 15 accounting professionals at various levels fostering their professional development and maximizing their performance
Requirements
- CPA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in team management
- Ability to deliver client presentations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or other cloudbased accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles controls and tax regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
