Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Cold calling networking and referrals to build your own pipeline
- Engaging with business owners and IT leaders to uncover pain points
- Conducting compelling demos that translate technical solutions into business value
- Presenting confidently to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Managing the sales process from intro call to signed agreement
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handoff
- Reaching $5000/month in new recurring revenue to unlock commission
- Maintaining highmargin deals and focusing on longterm client value
- Keeping current on industry trends and competitive positioning
- Helping position the company as a leader in Managed IT and cybersecurity
Experience you will need:
- 3 years in IT or MSP sales with quotacrushing results
- Strong closer with confidence in cold outreach and Clevel conversations
- Bachelors degree required (MBA is a plus)
- Familiar with CRM tools (we use SalesLoft and a custombuilt CRM)
- Clear communicator great at simplifying complex ideas
