Job Description
What you will be doing:
Cold calling networking and referrals to build your own pipeline
Engaging with business owners and IT leaders to uncover pain points
Conducting compelling demos that translate technical solutions into business value
Presenting confidently to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Managing the sales process from intro call to signed agreement
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handoff
Reaching $5000/month in new recurring revenue to unlock commission
Maintaining highmargin deals and focusing on longterm client value
Keeping current on industry trends and competitive positioning
Helping position the company as a leader in Managed IT and cybersecurity
Experience you will need:
3 years in IT or MSP sales with quotacrushing results
Strong closer with confidence in cold outreach and Clevel conversations
Bachelors degree required (MBA is a plus)
Familiar with CRM tools (we use SalesLoft and a custombuilt CRM)
Clear communicator great at simplifying complex ideas
Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
