The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for directing the planning development implementation administration and budgeting of most or all of the human resources functions including but not limited to the following: employment recruitment employee relations EEO Visa processing (H1B) compensation/benefits and organizational development. Develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities. Advise company management in human resources policy and program matters.
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and manage the Human Resources department; plan organize and control all activities of the department
Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; participate in developing department goals objectives and systems
Implement and annually update compensation programs; conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget) analyze compensation and monitor performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
Develop recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures prepare and maintain employee handbook
Perform benefit administration to include claims resolution invoice approval and annual reevaluation of policies for cost effectiveness information activities program and cash flow
Develop and maintain affirmative action program: file EEO1 annually maintain other records reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plan ensuring selection of highly qualified personnel
Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Participate in administrative staff meetings; attend other meetings with business partners
Perform other duties as assigned

This position s salary is within $90000 to $100000 annually.
