You are an experienced logistics professional who thrives in challenging fastpaced environments and can build trust with diverse stakeholders.
You excel at analyzing logistics systems implementing solutions and mentoring others to build sustainable capacity.
You are adaptable resultsdriven and ready to operate in subSaharan climates to support missioncritical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a logistics advisor to partner nation militaries in subSaharan Africa.
Analyze logistics systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate the integration of supplysourcing systems and militaryresourcing systems.
Mentor and train partner nation personnel on logistics and supply chain best practices.
Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and mission objectives.
Collaborate with U.S. Government stakeholders to align logistics strategies with mission goals.

Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Research & Evaluation or related fields.
Three years of experience as a logistics advisor to partner nation militaries in subSaharan Africa.
Five years of handson experience in U.S. military logistics at the Battalion (S4 level or equivalent including two years at the Brigade or equivalent Staff level.
Four years of experience with supply sourcing systems and military resourcing systems.
Skills & Certifications:
Able to deploy to the East Africa region.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with customers or clients including the ability to respond to cost and technical tasks monitor contract and task order performance and apply required course corrections.
Demonstrated adherence to quality standards and reviewed program deliverables.
Demonstrated advanced research analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel (e.g. data visualization pivot tables macros). Certification through industryrecognized providers is required
Fluency in spoken and written English with required certification if not a native speaker.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in subSaharan climates without climate control.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Education
Experience: GEOINT, Remote Sensing, or a related field, with a background in military or equivalent government roles (MOS 35G, 350G, US Navy Intelligence Specialist w/imagery NEC, USMC 0261, 0241, AF 1N151X, or other DoD agency specialty codes).
