Job Description

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecores success we are seeking a highly motivated Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Operations Specialist to support and optimize our ISV partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing operational processes specific to the ISV partner program and enhancing collaboration between our internal teams and ISV partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical financial communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless ISV operations structure. This role involves purchase order (PO) creation invoicing revenue tracking and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

What Youll Do:

  • Maintain and manage all sales operations elements of the ISV partner program.
  • Manage PO creation and invoicing.
  • Provide Partners with payment information on POs when requested via email.
  • Update and maintain PO trackers with invoice numbers and payment information.
  • Provide regular updates to ISV partners on payments status via email and via Teams calls.
  • Act as a liaison to Field Sales Partner Sales Sales Ops Legal Marketing Deal Desk Sales Finance and Order Management teams on all partnerrelated sales issues.
  • Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent business practices across regions and adaptations to local markets when required.

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent 35 years Partner Support or Sales Operations experience preferably in the software industry.
  • Sales operations background.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Partner Programs.
  • Strong communication skills and accustomed to speaking with customers and partners.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills including multitasking prioritizing and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Structured and orientated with close attention to detail.
  • Proven flexibility in dynamic environments and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Exceptional Excel and Salesforce experience/superuser would be highly advantageous.
  • Channel management or similar experience.
