Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Social Media Influencer Manager to lead and oversee our influencer initiatives across all Westgate Resorts properties. In this role youll manage influencer partnerships coordinate and execute influencer trips and collaborate with our teams to create visually stunning and highly shareable moments that inspire guests to capture and share their experiences. Your mission To ensure every guest feels compelled to take out their phone and showcase their unforgettable Westgate stay.

To succeed in this role you should be deeply social media savvy with a strong understanding of influencer marketing viral content and emerging trends. You have a creative vision that allows you to see beyond the ordinary imagining unique and engaging experiences that encourage guests and influencers alike to share their moments online. At the same time you are highly organized and detailoriented capable of juggling multiple influencer campaigns and FAM trips with efficiency and precision.

Strong relationshipbuilding skills are essential as youll be working closely with influencers content creators and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. A passion for hospitality and travel will also set you apart as youll be immersed in shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests while helping Westgates properties become mustshare destinations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Influencer Partnerships: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations including outreach contract negotiations content approvals and performance tracking to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers content creators and brand ambassadors to foster longterm partnerships that align with Westgates brand identity and goals.
  • Curate & Execute FAM Trips: Plan and coordinate influencer trips ensuring influencers experience tailored highimpact moments that drive organic social media exposure. Accompany influencers on property visits to facilitate content creation and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Enhance OnProperty Visual Appeal: Visit Westgate properties to assess and recommend unique visually striking installations and interactive elements that encourage social sharing. Work closely with design and property teams to implement creative unconventional experiencesfrom optical illusions to immersive photo opsthat inspire guestgenerated content.
  • Monitor & Adapt to Trends: Identify emerging trends in social media and influencer marketing to keep Westgate at the forefront of visual storytelling. Ensure our properties remain highly shareable destinations that resonate with todays digital audience.
  • Influencer & PR Support: Provide tactical support for press and influencer trips including coordinating reservations tracking inventory distributing tracking links and curating VIP guest gifts to enhance their experience.
  • Integrate Influencer Strategy with Social Media: Identify opportunities to incorporate influencers into the broader social strategy ensuring their content complements ongoing marketing initiatives. Manage influencergenerated content across platforms by engaging with direct messages comments tagged posts and mentions to maintain strong audience connections.
  • Content Management & Performance Analysis: Organize track and analyze influencergenerated media ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards. Distribute discount codes and tracking links while providing strategic feedback to optimize content effectiveness. Regularly monitor influencerdriven performance metrics and leverage insights to refine future campaigns. This role will also utilize a handson approach by directly posting to major social media profiles and sites to ensure timely onbrand content and engagement.
  • UGC Strategy & Platform Ownership: Own and execute the usergenerated content (UGC) strategy across all Westgate Resorts properties. Optimize the Flip.to Photo Advocacy platform for all contests and UGC initiatives taking complete ownership of its management content curation and strategic integration into broader marketing efforts.
  • Drive Innovation & CrossTeam Collaboration: Advocate for new ways to expand and enhance influencer marketing initiatives. Partner with internal teams to maximize the value of influencergenerated assets across multiple marketing channels.
  • Report & Measure Success: Monitor campaign effectiveness and compile detailed analytics reports tracking influencerdriven KPIs to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Creative Brand Representation: Serve as both the voice of the brand and a liaison to influencers ensuring all content is authentic engaging and aligned with Westgates storytelling vision.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support other marketing and influencer initiatives as needed to contribute to the teams overall success.

Qualifications :

  • Experience & Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing social media management public relations or digital content strategy preferably within an agency or inhouse marketing team.
  • Social Media & Influencer Knowledge: Deep understanding of influencer marketing viral content trends and platformspecific best practices across Instagram TikTok YouTube and emerging social channels. Proven ability to identify build and manage strong influencer relationships.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize unique engaging and shareable experiences that enhance Westgates brand presence. Experience in curating visually compelling content and interactive installations is a plus.
  • Content Strategy & Performance Analysis: Experience in managing influencergenerated content including tracking deliverables distributing discount codes and tracking links and analyzing campaign performance using metrics and reporting tools.
  • Organizational & Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple influencer campaigns FAM trips and social initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization attention to detail and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills to effectively work with influencers content creators internal teams and leadership. Comfortable navigating crossfunctional teams and collaborating with PR design marketing and property teams to execute highimpact campaigns.
  • Adaptability & ProblemSolving: Thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment adapting to changes in trends strategy and business needs. Solutionoriented with a gogetter mentalitywilling to think outside the box take initiative and push for innovative ideas.
  • Professionalism & Resilience: Ability to take feedback constructively work through challenges and remain focused on results. Thickskinned adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Westgate properties as needed to support influencer trips content shoots and property activations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required for events.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Willingness to take on other duties as needed to support the success of Westgate Resorts influencer marketing and social media initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic creative and passionate about digital storytelling with a drive to make Westgate Resorts a leader in experiential and influencerdriven hospitality marketing.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing social media management public relations or digital content strategy preferably within an agency or inhouse marketing team.

Technical Skills

  • Social Media Platform Expertise Deep understanding of Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook and emerging platforms including their algorithms engagement best practices and content trends.
  • Influencer Marketing Tools & Platforms Experience using platforms like Aspire Traackr CreatorIQ or GRIN for influencer discovery campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Content & Social Media Analytics Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics Sprout Social Hootsuite Later or Meta Business Suite to track influencer performance engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
  • Photo & Video Curation Ability to assess highquality influencer content provide constructive feedback and curate visuals that align with Westgates brand identity and storytelling vision

Skills/Knowledge

  • Skilled in identifying negotiating and maintaining longterm partnerships with influencers and content creators.
  • Strong understanding of emerging social media trends and the ability to translate them into impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analyzing influencer content metrics and using data insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Capable of managing multiple influencer collaborations FAM trips and content initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to curate and guide influencergenerated content that aligns with Westgates brand identity and inspires social sharing.
  • Experience handling influencer contracts negotiating deliverables and managing campaign budgets effectively.

Travel Requirements

  • Limited travel required. Approximately 25 of time

Physical Demands
While performing the duties related to this position the team member will regularly visit construction sites. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Language Skills
Ability to interpret and analyze information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public; and have a working knowledge of customer service and strong phone skills. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
