KoRo is redefining food retail with a wide range of innovative and high-quality products - from nut butters and dried fruits to clean-label snacks and functional foods. Join us on our journey to shake up the food industry.
Do you want to play a key role in shaping our Pricing Strategy and driving KoRos growth Were looking for a Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to optimize our top line through data-driven decisions market insights and smart automation.
- Develop implement and constantly refine prices for our product portfolio - with a strong focus on market trends and brand positioning
- Kick off our journey into localized pricing to better adapt to regional dynamics and customer behavior (focus on AT CH IT and FR)
- Conduct in depth analysis of the impact of price changes on top-line KPIs and overall business performance
- Collaborate closely with Product Sales Finance and Marketing to ensure pricing is aligned with our brand and company values
- Monitor competitors and conduct regular benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps
- Drive pricing automation by developing internal tools and processes that reduce manual work
Your profile
- Degree in economics mathematics or another quantitative field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role
- Excellent English skills German is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp analytical mindset - numbers and models are your thing
- Strong proficiency in Excel ideally experience with SQL
- Proactive hands-on and comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of start-ups
- You bring a can-do attitude take ownership and love the fast pace of start-up life
