Job Description
Responsibilities
- The lead of Training will be responsible for the monthly management of training for cabin crew and cabin crew.
- Will be responsible for longterm training planning for cabin crew and flight attendants.
- Be responsible for the coordination (or contact link) between various departments such as flight operations and SEV.
- Will be responsible for the implementation of the training module.
- The incumbent will also control the quality and timeliness of the production of monthly training schedules while ensuring compliance with collective agreements and Transport Canada regulations;
Qualifications :
- College diploma;
- A minimum of three 3 years experience in Transport Canadaregulated training..
- Minimum two 2 years experience in team management
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian regulations (CARs)
- Excellent knowledge of PNT PNC collective agreements
- Excellent knowledge of AIMS system;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Interpersonal skills dynamism and leadership while being a team player;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent organizational skills;
Additional Information :
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.
