Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Ops Delivery Executive ensures the flawless of multichannel campaigns optimizing the player lifecycle experience. This role requires proficiency in optimization tools to maximize ROI managing digital product setups executing campaigns and maintaining accurate customerfacing websites.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Campaign : Set up and execute errorfree promotions and campaigns meeting defined KPIs across product marketing CRM VIP and financial analysis.
- Operational Management: Handle daytoday tasks ensuring the relevance and accuracy of websites and managing CRM/VIP/Marketing content.
- Collaboration: Work with various teams to create effective customer journeys integrate new procedures and increase process efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Serve as a liaison for campaign issues bonuses and promotions ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Expertise: Manage updates for landing pages site banners and Terms & Conditions as a subject matter expert in marketing tools. #LIRB1 #LI Onsite
Qualifications :
- Comprehensive understanding of operating platforms including system configuration reporting bonus features and segmentation.
- Proficient in customer service and retention strategies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a highly analytical and datadriven approach.
- Intermediate experience in HTML content management.
- Strong commercial acumen focusing on maximizing business value and optimizing products to meet business goals.
- High selfdiscipline strong organizational skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A dedicated team player contributing positively to collaborative efforts.
