Provide professional presales and after sales product support consultancy and training for distributors and existing or potential customers:
- Provide demonstration of instrumentation software and reagents to current and potential customers;
- Provide customers and distributors onsite product training and troubleshooting;
- Conduct technical seminars and presentations at customer sites trade shows and workshops to drive thought leader adoption;
- Follow the usual standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Ensure the install and customer management database is updated with full activity traceability;
- Provide competitive product insight and feedback to sales and marketing teams;
- Work closely with headquarter to update the training material of the new product on time and deliver training to sales team customers and distributors;
- Complete other tasks assigned by company.
Qualifications :
- Master or PhD Degree in science (biology immunology cancer biology) or a comparable scientific education;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- 2 years working experience within life science industry or has the medical or relevant industry working experience is an added advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills with good communication and presentation skills across functional departments;
- Basic commercial skill set;
- Have balance on both academic knowledge and commercial sense;
- Logic thinking and strong data analytic capability;
- Integrity honest selfmotivated good team player and capable of stress management.
