The Role
As the first Enterprise Account Executive at ClearOps you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our enterprise customer base. Working closely with the Founder & CEO you will be responsible for filling the pipeline advancing deals and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership gain handson experience and be part of a scaling startup that is revolutionizing the service supply chain industry.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert OEMs in agricultural machinery construction machinery trucking automotive material handling and other manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders decisionmakers and influencers within target accounts.
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to align sales efforts with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline by identifying qualifying and developing leads.
- Negotiate complex contracts and lead highvalue commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product and customer success teams to drive adoption and longterm customer success.
- Provide insights on customer needs market trends and competitive dynamics to shape ClearOps gotomarket strategy.
- Take initiative in refining and optimizing the enterprise sales process as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive.
Who You Are:
- A highly motivated and ambitious professional with37 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions ideally within the manufacturing automotive or industrial sectors. Alternatively background in consultancy for complex concepts and solutions.
- Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with Clevel decisionmakers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact in a fastgrowing startup.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A structured strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to sales.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth.
