Looking for the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of Estate Planning specialists in a fastpaced clientfocused environment This might be just the role for you. This firm provides comprehensive estate planning services to individuals and families throughout Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust administration
- Communicate with beneficiaries trustees and financial institutions
- Prepare legal documents including trust amendments and accountings
- Manage asset transfers and distributions
- Coordinate with CPAs on tax filings and returns
- Maintain detailed case files and status reports
Required Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate from an ABAapproved program
- Strong knowledge of California trust and probate laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
