Hiring for A up grooving ISO/TS 16949:2008 Certified by TUV. Manufacturing ofMajorproductsin 23 & 4 wheeler segments. Dealing with some OEM brands Bajaj auto Tata
motors Volkswagen TVS Renault Nissan etc.
Position: New Product Development Engineer
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: Min 3 Years of Experience in New product development of Sheet metal Industry
Salary Budget: 4.00 LPA
Roles & Responsibility :
1 Responsible forNewProductDevelopment manufacturing feasibility Implementation of ECN.
2 Check finalize DAP & take tool welding fixture trials & resolve any NC observed.
3 Responsible for all type of Systemrelated Activities Such as PO PR Item code QCS Capex Etc.
4 Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines for various areas of operation like spot
welding assemblies MIG welding assemblies projection welded parts through cell
Manufacturing technique to improve productivity and reduce manpower and cycle time.
5 Make a time plan cost negotiations with suppliers on a technical basis discussion with suppliers and customers.
6 Finalize process sequence ofnewsheetmetalpart through stamping operations.
7 Develop part and setup welding process and prove the process by JIG/ Fixture adjustment.
8 Develop and tracenewmethods of the process so that continuous improvement (KAIZEN)
of processes are maintained and reduce the manufacturing cost.
9 Do POKEYOKE in welded assemblies stamping parts to avoid any reverse fitment.
10 Responsible for Bajaj Quote assemblies 4WH) as a team leader and developsheetmetal
parts Jigs Fixtures and SPM for Bajaj 3WH chassis.
