As Product Owner Checkout & Payments youll play a vital role in shaping the eCommerce checkout experience for our European Branded Webstores driving both conversion and user satisfaction.
This is a strategic handson position where you will collaborate with product managers engineers UX designers analysts and key stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap that aligns with our broader digital vision. You will act as the link between business objectives and development executiontranslating highlevel strategy into detailed user stories and actionable insights.
Youll lead discovery processes define product features and oversee development from concept through delivery ensuring a bestinclass user experience on both web and mobile platforms.
Your Main Responsibilities
Define and lead the product strategy roadmap and feature development for checkout and payment.
Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Lead product discovery initiatives and manage crossfunctional teams to ensure effective backlog prioritization and implementation.
Ensure alignment between internal teams and external development partners.
Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback behavior data and A/B testing results.
Monitor and evaluate feature performance using defined KPIs and analytics tools.
Maintain transparent communication on product updates and progress across stakeholders.
Drive internal and external integrations to enhance the checkout and payment journey.
Foster a collaborative and agile working environment within product and delivery teams.
Who You Are
You bring 2 years of experience in product management with digital products.
Demonstrated experience in capturing and clearly documenting product needssuch as user stories functional specs and wireframeswithin an Agile development framework.
You are a clear communicator and problemsolver able to balance the needs of both business and tech teams.
You have experience with Mobile and APIs and have a strong grasp of tools like JIRA Confluence Excel and PowerPoint.
Skilled at translating product vision into structured Agile user stories complete with clear and actionable acceptance criteria.
Youre datadriven with experience in analytics A/B testing and using metrics to guide decisions.
Fluent in English and at ease in a fastpaced international environment.
Bonus Skills
Technical knowhow (e.g. HTML CSS JS SQL) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with UX best practices usercentered design and emerging tech trends.
A basic understanding of infrastructure operations or highavailability webbased systems and application operations is appreciated.
