As an HR Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the organizations human resources functions. This role demands robust communication and interpersonal abilities strategic thinking conflict resolution and proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective recruitment and development of employees compliance with labor laws and fostering of a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager also aims to improve employee engagement and retention.
