Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- This is a Fulltime Fixed Term position from May to October 2025
- Oversee recruitment to meet Hotel Talent needs following Hotel and Company guidelines.
- Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of all departments to achieve financial and service quality targets.
- Organise and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities across your portfolio collaborating with operational stakeholders
- Conduct and offer guidance on performance reviews oversee training initiatives and assume responsibility for fostering highperforming talent within the hotel.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partner role with a preference for prior experience in the Hospitality or Tourism sector
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation
- An inclination toward collaborative problem solving to achieve desired outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment workplace relations occupational health and safety and legislative compliance
- Selfreliant demonstrating initiative sound judgment meticulousness and a commitment to delivering highquality results
- Exceptional organisational skills and an unwavering focus on detail
