Your opportunity
This is a 12month trainee programme with a start date from September 2025 focusing on gaining first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction on the job learning skills trainings and networking.
You will:
- Aid in delivering a superior level of client experience within the EMEA & LatAm Client Group distribution channels.
- Assist with client servicing i.e. report delivery marketing sends and managing legal agreement workflow
- Gain a working understanding of the UK and EU asset management ecosystem
- Collaborate with all internal support functions and coordinate efforts
- Carry out other duties as assigned
- Assist Sales and Client Service Management with adhoc tasks.

Must have skills
- Candidate should be proactive taking pride in their output and have an eye for accuracy and layout
- Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential
- Good communication skills ability to liaise confidently at all levels
- Team player able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company
- Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements
- Evidence the ability to produce reports using analytics and data
Nice to have skills
- MS Office to an Intermediate standard PowerPoint and Excel Advanced
- Baseline understanding / interest in financial services
- European language skills German or French would be advantageous
