Job Description
We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us in Bulle (FR) Switzerland we are looking for a Head of Cloud Security reporting to Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements a global cloud security strategy ensuring the security of cloud environments and protecting cloudbased assets data and applications across multicloud and hybrid environment strategy as well as Global Leadership of Cloud Security Team Products and Services.
- Develop and implement cloud security tools technologies as well as policies and procedures
- Conduct cloud security assessments and penetration testing
- Respond to cloudrelated security incidents in collaboration with SOC/CERT
- Collaborate with IT IS and cloud service providers to ensure security best practices
- Develop and implement robust security strategies tailored to multicloud and SaaS environments.
- Oversee secure configuration deployment and management of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers and internal teams to align security policies with business objectives.
- Manage identity and access controls data encryption and secure connectivity within cloud platforms.
- Continuously monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities misconfigurations and emerging threats.
- Evaluate integrate and manage nextgeneration security tools and technologies specific to cloud ecosystems.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for cloud security compliance.
Competencies:
- Bachelors/Masters in Cybersecurity Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years in cybersecurity and 3 years in a leadership role.
- Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM as well as Cloud certifications (AWS Azure or GCP).
- English is a Must German and French are a plus.
- Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and principles (e.g. shared responsibility model)
- Knowledge of cloud security tools and technologies (e.g. Cloud Security Posture Management Cloud Access Security Broker)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
- Versatility in cloud security posture management
- Fluency in multitenants and multicloud setups
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Project management
- Readiness for global travel
