Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies in the territory with the intent to drive company product support..
- Follow marketing strategy to achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory
- Achieve market share volume growth and sales target in assigned territories by calling on all relevant healthcare professionals and institutions
- Maintain prescribed customer call rate
- Establish and maintain relationships with customer base
- Identify new business opportunities
- Attend cycle meetings and conferences
- Maintain appropriate expenditure
- Compliance with company Code of Conduct
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience in relevant healthcare industry ideally within sales to pharmacies/Pharmacist within the territory
- Candidate is expected to have good territory knowledge of the Free State region.
- Good communicator and selfmotivated
- Business planning acumen and ability
- Assertive proactive and enthusiastic
- Diploma and or Degree
