About you:

We arelooking for a corporate attorney to assist a senior member of the department in its Ocean New Jersey office. Ideal applicant MUST have at least 37 years ofexperience as a corporate attorneyand have familiarity with: formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital and bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cashbased employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family business; management and leveraged buyouts; and compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws. Salary commensurate with experience.
