Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own extra points if you like getting your hands dirty! This includes supporting the GM in recruitment training stock management sales and labour forecasting cash management and all aspect of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
