Digital System Architects design implement and maintain Hitachi Energy Grid eMotion eMobilitys digital and software systems throughout their lifecycle. This multidisciplinary role encompasses control software cybersecurity system design & performance and quality engineering.
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Management
Develop digital products software architectures and system products to meet business and technical requirements.
Maintain and refine software architecture and related subcomponents.
Monitor software performance and identify issues in performance security and quality.
Oversee technical aspects of software systems system products and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Stay updated on digital technologies trends and best practices.
Collaborate across teams for software development product development and integration.
Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software systems.
Safety Security and Availability
Design and enhance cybersecurity measures and frameworks.
Design functional safety concepts for system products consisting of Software & Hardware
Design and enhance concepts for software measures and frameworks.
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal software performance.
Performance Monitoring
Test application performance identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams on solutions.
Recommend tools technologies and processes to enhance software performance and efficiency.
Conduct regular system checks such as DFMEAs performance KPI reviews reliability analysis to ensure optimal performance & system effectiveness.
Optimize software configurations to maximize efficiency and reliability.
